The Austin Bundle is a collection of meticulously-crafted legato trumpet and saxophone instruments for jazz, pop and cinematic contexts.

Both libraries were recorded at Orb Studios in Austin, TX and performed by Mikio Sasaki (trumpet) and Colin Houlihan (saxes). The energetic, performance-sourced style of sampling was fully fleshed out over the course of several grey hair-inducing months of nonstop work. What you end up with is a selection of responsive legato patches that not only work great on their own, but were also designed to effectively complement each other. Go ahead – load up the “Fat Lead” or “Workhorse” trumpet patch with the alto and/or tenor patches and play a lick. Yup – that’s some SAUCE (pronounced “Sahws”).

Be sure to check out the Austin Saxes music demos to hear the trumpets and saxes working together in various capacities.
